This article outlines the ports that need to be open to allow for endpoint registration and call processing.

General Setting – SIP ALG

SIP ALG stands for Application Layer Gateway. You will find it on many commercial and residential Firewalls, Routers, or Modems.

We recommend that this option be turned OFF or Disabled on your router.
